Suggestion: Store desktop/mobile selection in cookie

Mr. Jinx:
If a guest visit the forum on a tablet, the default would be the mobile theme.
Most tablet users will switch to desktop mode, which works fine.

Next time they visit the forum (new session), it will default to mobile theme again.
Can't this setting be stored in a cookie?

Currently it's done per session, I'll see the downside of using Cookies and let you know if it's going to be changed :)
