Desktop view?

So, Ive noticed that when browsing on my mobile device, I get a different version of the site than I do with my computer. I assume this is due, like many things these days, to me viewing the site in its mobile form.
I much prefer the format and layout of the desktop version. Any chance its possible, at some point in the future, to get a link like many places have to view the site in its desktop version instead when mobile browsing?

You can simply let this theme as the overall theme, that way you'll get it when you click the desktop view button.
